Synthetic Wigs:

All wigs are pre-packaged and sourced from warehouse facilities. Before shipping, all wigs are sprayed with a wig freshener to help reduce any odors. However, slight factory or storage scents may still be present and are normal.

Unbothered Cosmetics is not responsible for:

1. Any remaining scent (smoke, factory, or storage odors)

2. Personal sensitivity to smells

3. No refunds or replacements will be given for scent-related concerns.
4. No refund at all once product purchased and shipped for sanitation purposes.

Press-On Nails:

All press-on nails are packaged carefully before shipment.

1. Broken nails during transit

2. Loose or missing charms

3. Damage caused during shipping
